By Law (SB 1215) effective 7/1/2014, this resolution and notifying your telephone companies is only required one-time and the companies must notify you from that point forward on new installations.
Process:
1. Pass enclosed resolution
2. Send copy of executed resolution with the notification form to ANY and ALL telephone companies within your county.
Once received, the companies are required to notify you and give you specific information on future installation sites.
